Greetings!

Just a quick reminder that this Saturday, May 3 at 10:00-11:30am at the Kennewick Library on Union Street I’ll be offering an all-ages introductory forest bathing talk & walk. We’ll be meeting at the WSU Master Gardeners’ Outdoor Classroom which is directly behind the Kennewick Library.

Mid-morning may be cool on Saturday, so wearing layers will allow you to be warm enough to rest and relax. This talk and walk will be designed to be appropriate for all ages and mobility levels. I often design walks with different options, so that each person can make their own choices about what works for their body and needs.
